There was an opportunity to establish communication and deepen relationships with Urban Impact Foundation’s current donors. We reassured current donors that our client is responding and staying active during the COVID-19 crisis. We brought in new potential donors, and generated donations by implementing an efficient, user-friendly donor campaign system that provides for the organization’s mission.

Many ministries, non-profits, and other organizations did not have a clear response to the COVID-19 crisis, and donors were pulling back because they were not being communicated with by these organizations. Specifically, they weren’t hearing about what the organization is doing and how the donor can help. Marketing Support Network implemented a donor push campaign in response to the COVID-19 crisis for Urban Impact Foundation (UIF) to fund 14,000 acts of service to be provided by UIF.
